| The heavy black silk cape with silver sequin embroidered spotlight patterns and has been altered. The cape was most likely a long floor length cape made for an early 1930’s production. Internal Paramount” studio label with “AE-7” the wardrobe department number used to designate the building, aisle, and rack or row where the garment was stored in Paramount Studio’s wardrobe department. This item was acquired from the Debbie Reynolds Collection.
This garment is in excellent vintage condition and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the costume house.
