This blue surgical smock was worn by the character "Dr. John Dolittle," portrayed by actor Eddie Murphy, in the 1998 comedy film, "Dr. Dolittle." The original costumer's tag is attached with Actor, Character, Scene Change, and Notes written on it and a HOLD tag with “Dr. Dolittle” stamped on it.
Mr. Murphy wore the smock notably during the sequence when he prepares to treat a sick tiger on his examination table. He also wore the smock in several promotional images for the film.
