These garments were worn by the character, "Wyatt Earp," portrayed by Kevin Costner, in the 1994 motion picture, "Wyatt Earp." The costume consists of a custom made period vest with lapel, five button closure, and internal Motion Picture Costume Co label with, “K. Costner – W E” hand written, white Anto dress shirt with French cuffs and internal “K.C. Jun 1993” labels, and cloth suspenders with leather frogs.
Mr. Costner wore this ensemble when Wyatt leaves prostitute Matty (Mare Winningham) after a romantic interlude. He leaves money on the dresser, and she objects stating that she wants to be his wife. Wyatt declines, though he admits that he cares for her and wants to take care of her.
The garments are in excellent screen worn condition and are accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the costume house. Presented by The Golden Closet, your premier source
