| This white lab coat was worn by the character “Dr. Mark Greene” portrayed by actor Anthony Edwards in the hit television series “ER”, which ran from 1994 - 2009. The Size 44 button front long sleeve coat by Cherokee Uniform is in excellent screen worn condition and has the character name “M. Greene M.D.” stitched on the breast. The interior label has the production date “12-26-96” handwritten, indicating that the actor began wearing this specific coat in the shows’s third season.
Dr. Greene was a principle character when the series debuted, and wore the coat in numerous episodes of the third and subsequent seasons before leaving the series in 2002. He returned to the show for a single episode in 2008.
“ER” was the groundbreaking television drama created by best selling novelist Michael Crichton and received numerous Emmy and Golden Globe Awards and nominations over the course of its impressive fifteen-year run.
