| This period style “Pirate” coat was worn by the character “Capt. Roc Brasiliano” portrayed by legendary actor Anthony Quinn in the 1952 motion picture “Against All Flags” starring Errol Flynn and Maureen O’Hara. The coat with is constructed of red velvet with gold buttons on the front and cuffed sleeves. The interior of the garment has the original Western Costume Company stamp and label with the name “Tony Quinn” typed in slightly faded ink.
Capt. Brasiliano wore this coat in numerous scenes throughout the picture. The character also wore the jacket in several promotional images and in the film’s official trailer.
