This suit was worn by character “Michael Wakefield” portrayed by “James Brolin” in the 1987 made for TV drama “Intimate Betrayal: Deep Dark Secrets”, costarring Melody Anderson. The two-piece plaid worsted wool “Zegna” suit has peak lapels, six button double breast front closure, two lower slash pockets, and matching pants with pleated front. Internal “Ermenegildo Zegna” label, “Mark Michaels” label, internal jacket pocket “Zegna” label with “Brolin 3.2.86” handwritten. The matching pants have “E.C. 2 pc” written on the waistband.
Mr. Brolin wears this suit after arriving late to a surprise party for his wife “Julianne” (Melody Anderson). The pants were not worn in this scene and were not used in the final version of the film. This suit is in in excellent condition and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
