This is a test prosthetics mask for The Creeper (Jonathan Breck) from the 2001 horror favorite Jeepers Creepers. Two teenagers are fighting for survival after they encounter a horrific beast that has awakened after 23 years to feed on human flesh. As the night goes on, the body count rises and they find themselves closer and closer to becoming The Creepers’ next victims.

This mask is an early concept of The Creeper’s head made of foam latex. It is slightly different from the final design, making it an extremely rare find. The color is gray with the cheeks red resembling an exposed layer of flesh, as opposed to the much darker final product. In addition to color, another difference is the presence of facial spikes made of resin on either side of the face, starting under the eyes and continuing to the back of the head. Lastly the top sides of the head are much more textured than the final mask design, making for much more of a monster look, rather than human.

This item measures about 10” x 8” x 9” (25cm x 20cm x 23cm) and is in excellent condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity.
