This tuxedo style jacket and Henley t-shirt were worn by the character "Detective James Crockett," portrayed by Don Johnson, in the classic television series, "Miami Vice." The off-white jacket is constructed of a rayon/silk blend, with matching acrylic satin on the shoulder epaulets and shawl collar, slash front pockets, and chest pocket with a faux flap, which has been tacked close. The original "Marithe' Francois Girbaund" brand label has "stunt" handwritten in black ink. The Henley is constructed of fine pastel peach cotton, with short sleeves and a three button front placket.

Mr. Johnson can be seen wearing the Henley t-shirt in eight episodes throughout Seasons 1 and 2, and in a flashback in a Season 4 episode, while the tuxedo jacket can be seen in the episode "Yankee Dollar" (Season 2, Episode 13). In this particular episode, he wears both the Henley t-shirt and tuxedo jacket but not together as an outfit. The "stunt" label on the jacket may be attributed to the scene where Crockett (Johnson) tackles and punches a suspect at the beach.

The jacket is in distressed vintage condition with some scuffing and water stains due to age and use on production, the Henley is in excellent condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity. Presented by The Golden Closet, your premier source for iconic screen used wardrobe, props, and music entertainment memorabilia.
