This light gray skirt was worn by the character Camille Oaks portrayed by legendary bombshell actress Jayne Mansfield in the 1957 motion picture drama “The Wayward Bus”, which also starred Dan Dailey and Joan Collins. Camille primarily wore the skirt in numerous scenes throughout the film and both garments are in very good condition with only minor evidence of age. The original wardrobe labels are sewn inside the garment, one with Jayne
Mansfield's name handwritten in black ink and the 20th Century Fox label with
the production numbers A-787-08. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity
from the costume house.
