This outfit was worn by the character “Joe Blake” portrayed by actor Bruce Willis in the 2001 film “Bandits”, co-starring Billy Bob Thornton and Cate Blanchett. The costume consists of a blue denim work jacket with striped wool lining and faded orange "Oregon Department of Corrections, Inmate" logo on the back, navy t-shirt, blue Levi five pocket jeans, with zip fly and orange "Oregon Department of Corrections, Inmate" logos on the pant. Costumer tag with "BW #1" handwritten in black ink is attached.
Mr. Willis wears this costume in scenes 8 through 23; Joe escapes prison with fellow inmate "Terry" (Billy Bob Thornton), hijacking a car and robbing a nearby bank. The jacket logo is screen matched to scene 8, when Joe and Terry escape from the prison yard. A copy of the continuity images is included with the sale of this costume.
This costume was acquired direct from the “Collection of Bruce Willis”, and is in excellent screen worn condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity.
