This green jumpsuit was worn by the character "Lt. Cooper Hawkes," portrayed by actor Rodney Rowland, in the cult television series, "Space: Above and Beyond." The size 42 Long military style suit with zippered front and Velcro strapping at the waist and cuffs is complete with full patches as seen in the series. The interior label has the character's name "Cooper Hawkes" handwritten along with costume company initials.
This was Hawkes' signature jumpsuit worn in multiple episodes throughout the series and can also be seen in several promotional images for the production. Despite its short lived run of only one season in 1995, "Space Above and Beyond" gained a loyal following and was nominated for two Primetime Emmys as well as receiving numerous other awards and nominations.
