This framed Chimera Vial prop was utilized by the character Ethan Hunt portrayed by actor Tom Cruise in the motion picture “Mission Impossible 2”, starring Dougray Scott and Thandie Morton. The matted display case with faux bullet holes measures approx. 25 X 16 inches and contains the prop glass vial that held the deadly Chimera Virus, which was the pivotal prop around which the film’s plot line revolved. The professionally framed shadowbox display contains the vial and a small plaque which reads “This screen used vial held the deadly “Chimera” in the Paramount feature film “Mission Impossible 2”. The prop and frame are both in excellent condition and are accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the film’s weapons coordinator.
