This classic black and white mini stripe sleeveless day dress with wide boatneck, V back, dropped waist and full knee-length skirt was worn by the character Lucy Ricardo portrayed by legendary comedienne Lucille Ball in the iconic 1950’s sitcom “I Love Lucy” which ran from 1951 to 1957. Ms. Ball personally gave the dress to the wardrobe supervisor on “I Love Lucy” after the show finished its run. The dress is in excellent screen worn condition and has “Property Desilu Productions for L. Ball” handwritten along the zipper in black ink.
