This outift was worn by the character Tony Soprano portrayed by James Gandolfini in HBO’s award-winning series “The Sopranos”. The costume consists of a distressed olive green long-sleeve Birma Bilbas dress shirt, distressed white Jockey brand tank, and a pair of black Slates dress pants. Sopranos wardrobe tag attached with “Tony S409 – P409 Ch# 9A-G” handwritten. Attached to the dress shirt are three costume hold tags with the scene break downs and distressing notes. The costume hold tag attached to the white tank includes the following “Tony, N9, Ch 9H Scene Stage 9, scene notes; Sc 40, No shirt he scrubs floor w/ bleach; 41a, Tony Sweeps glass; 42, They watch TV waiting for Clark; 43, Tony finds drapes + Bowling Bag; 44 They put head / hands/toupee in bowling bag; 44a, Tony put towels + glass into bag.

Mr. Gandolfini wore this outfit in “Whoever Did This” (Season 4 Episode 9). Mr. Gandolfini wore this costume when Tony confronts Ralphie (Joe Pantoliano about the death of Tony’s horse Pie-O-My. Ralphie denies any role in the fire that led to Pie-O-My’s death, but mocks Tony for his concern over the horse’s demise. Tony realizes that Ralphie was responsible for killing Pie O’ My for the insurance money and strangles Ralphie to death on his own kitchen floor. Tony calls Christopher (Michael Imperioli ) who is high on heroin, to assist with disposing of the body. They dismember Ralphie in the bathtub and carry his head out in a bowling bag.

The garments are all in excellent screen worn condition and are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the costume house.
