This vintage dance costume was worn by Steve Riley and Troy Garza, performers on the Tony Award winning Broadway musical, “A Chorus Line.” The gold sequined costume includes matching jacket, vest, dickey, bowtie, and pants.

This dance costume was worn on stage for various productions by dancers Steve Riley and Troy Garza during the musical number “One,” which reprises as the finale of the Broadway musical. The original Broadway production of “A Chorus Line” premiered in 1975 and was an unprecedented box office and critical hit. It won nine Tony Awards and a 1976 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. It became the longest-running production in Broadway history until surpassed “Cats” in 1997, and the longest-running Broadway musical originally produced in the United States, until surpassed in 2011 by “Chicago.” It remains the fifth longest-running Broadway show ever.
