Mr. O’Neill wears this costume in Season 10 Episode 4 “Reverend Al” when Reverend Al gives his first sermon at the pulpit of the newly formed Church of No Ma’am. Al and his buddies from the bar try to establish a non-profit church to avoid paying beer tax. The woman's group, "F.A.N.G."
