This flight suit was worn by the character Captain Steve Hiller portrayed by actor Will Smith in the blockbuster film Independence Day, starring Bill Pullman, Harry Connick Jr., and Randy Quaud. Mr. Smith wore the flightsuit in several scenes of the film, most notably during flight orientation and also during the aerial combat sequences. This flight suit was custom made specifically for Will Smith by Eastern Costume Company for use in the film. The flight suit is constructed of a green cotton material and has Black Knight patches on right front breast and shoulder as seen in the film and the actor name "Will" is handwritten onto the collar label. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the costume house.
