This dress was worn by Joan Rivers in the “Fashion Police” Halloween episode, # 89, which aired on October 28, 2011. This baby doll dress is constructed out of a blue cotton material with white and black floral print, ivory eyelet trim and gathered puff sleeves.
Ms. Rivers wore this costume during a special Halloween episode emulating Suri Cruise. “Fashion Police” was a comedic talk show hosted by the legendary comedian and red carpet maven, Joan Rivers.
