NEW FEATURED ITEM
Price: $3,500.00

This ring was worn by “The Countess” portrayed by Lady Gaga in the fifth installment (Hotel, 2015) of the hit FX anthology series American Horror Story. A show-stopping piece of jewelry, the gold tone ring holds in place a massive emerald-cut topaz stone with four-prongs.

Prominently featured in episode 3 "Mommy", when The Countess is entertaining the new owner of the Cortez Will Drake (Cheyanne Jackson). At one point she goes to choke him from behind, with the ring prominently displayed in the tight camera shot. After Tristan (Finn Whitlock) barges in and suspects foul play, the countess takes him to the hotel bar and informs him that she intends to marry Will Drake for his money and then murder him. (Great close up shot of the ring during this conversation). American Horror Story: Hotel is the fifth season of the FX horror anthology television series American Horror Story premiering on October 2015. The plot revolves around the enigmatic Hotel Cortez in Los Angeles, California, that catches the eye of an intrepid homicide detective (Wes Bentley). The Cortez is host to the strange and bizarre, spearheaded by its owner, The Countess (Gaga), who is a bloodsucking vampire fashionista.

The hotel is loosely based on an actual hotel built in 1893 by H. H. Holmes in Chicago, Il. for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition. The hotel’s floor plan was designed by Holmes to allow for the easy torture, murder and disposal of evidence. This true story became the central plot for AHS: Hotel. This season features two murderous threats, the “Ten Commandments Killer”, a serial offender who selects his victims in accordance with biblical teachings, and "the Addiction Demon", who roams the hotel armed with a drill bit dildo.

The necklace is in excellent screen worn condition and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the costume house.
