This iconic costume was worn by “Buck the Dog” portrayed by Dereck McGrath in the television series “Married… with Children”. The custom made is constructed of a faux fur material and includes a headpiece, gloves, boots, and tail. The bodysuit has a rear zip closure, an oversize white tank top, pair of light blue boxers with hole in the rear for the detachable tail. A copy of the script with images is included with the costume. Script is not production made or used.
Mr. McGrath wears this costume in Season 2 Episode 4 "Buck Can Do It" the Bundy’s are threatened with lawsuits from numerous neighbors regarding “Buck's” "nocturnal carnal activities" resulting in "stupid, ugly puppies". When one irate poodle owner threatens to sue, “Al” decides he must have “Buck” neutered. “Buck”, understandably, is less than enthusiastic, and “Al” has a dream in which a "post-operative" “Buck” criticizes him for failing to defend the dog's vital functions.
Married… with Children was an American sitcom broadcasted on Fox from 1987 through 1997. The series revolves around the lives of a dysfunctional family living in the suburbs of Chicago. Married... with Children is widely regarded to be a cult classic, and its 11 season, 262 episode run makes it the longest lasting live-action sitcom on Fox.
