This uniform was worn by the character “Logan/Wolverine” portrayed by actor Hugh Jackman in the 2009 film “X-Men Origins: Wolverine”, co-starring Liev Schreiber. This Civil War Union Army costume was custom made for the production and consists of a dark blue wool coat with stand collar, light blue piping, nine brass eagle buttons, two button cuffs, and two bullet holes (squibs) on the left breast and one on the right. A slight tear near the right shoulder occurred during production. Internal costumer label with "Logan" hand written in black ink. The light blue wool pants have a button fly, external suspender buttons, and slash pockets. "Logan", "Hero - HJ - Logan - 1" hand written in black ink interior waistband.
This outfit was worn in the opening sequence of the film when Logan runs through the Civil War battlefield, is shot by a confederate soldier, and hit in the chest with a cannonball.
