This patch was worn by one of the Gotham City Police Officer background characters in the 1995 motion picture, "Batman Forever." The patch was custom made for use on the film and is constructed of black, blue, and gold embroidery with "Gotham City Police Dept." and sword logo in the center.

The film was a sequel to Batman Returns (1992), with Val Kilmer replacing Michael Keaton as Batman.
